Ted and his wife Erin married in 1999 and have five children, two adult sons and three daughters.

Ted has spent his career in vocational ministry, organizational development consulting, and marketing strategy. He has significant connections in the North Texas church and nonprofit worlds. Currently, he is the Dallas Business Development Director for Hope Media Group, a national broadcast and media ministry.

Erin has devoted her life to raising her children, including homeschooling, as well as bringing out the best in her husband. She has a deep burden for every unborn child, parental rights in education, and women and children in need of a safe home.

Ted’s passion for fatherhood is inspired by his own experience as a son, grandson, and dad. He’s living proof of the generational change that comes to a family through Christ. He firmly believes that more fathers being more engaged in their kids’ lives would have a significant effect on the spiritual and moral direction of our families, our country, and the world.
