Sterling Hillman is a Director at Crow Holdings Capital and has been with CHC since 2015. He assists in leading the Crow Holdings Retail Funds platform in all investment and asset management activities and is a member of the Retail Funds Investment Committee.

Sterling began his real estate career in 2004 with national real estate development company Foremark, Ltd., and affiliate Palio Partners in Dallas where he served as Director of Development. Sterling later joined Dallas based Leon Capital Group focusing primarily on value-add retail investment and new development throughout the country.

Sterling received a B.B.A. degree in Business Management from the University of Texas at Austin and is a longstanding member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He also serves on the Advisory Council of the University of Texas Real Estate Finance Investment Center, as a board member and Treasurer of Texas based ministry, Abiding Fathers, a board member of the Texas Chapter of the ALS Association, and serves as a Deacon at Park Cities Presbyterian Church in Dallas. He is married to Kristen and is a proud father to Will, Hunt, and Ellie, making their home in Dallas, TX.
