Paula is CEO of Harrington Insurance Solutions, LLC where she and her husband Chris Harrington work as Christian leaders in the Marketplace. They are members of C12NorthTexas. Her passion is helping people in the community. She has been a health insurance broker since 2007 and has been able to teach others who have the same passion for helping people and help them develop a career path in this exciting ever changing industry. Paula likes to remind her team, “We make finding the right health insurance easy!” She has helped connect others to healthcare markets and has been a visionary and early adaptor so that she can teach others. She had a vision to open The Enrollment Store in 2014 in Richardson TX, and moved it north into Plano in 2018, where people can walk in and get help with health insurance and work with an agent who knows you and your family . In 2016 Paula got her property and casualty license. In 2019, her husband Chris retired from the practice of law and joined her as COO and together they have expanded the business to include personal and commercial lines to be able to serve all of their clients’ insurance needs. Paula and Chris are empty nesters, enjoy travel, live theater, Texas BBQ, kayaking, and Dallas Stars Hockey.

Paula was invited to join the board in January 2019 to help with the women’s heart initiative and give feedback to the board from a female perspective. She has been able to use what she has learned in business, marketing, and volunteering to contribute to the ministry. She worked as an area coordinator for MOPS, helping raise up passionate leaders to point woman and their families to Jesus and disciple others. She saw an uptick in single moms and full-time working moms, and realized that the need for Godly Men stepping up to lead their wives and children, both here and around the world. We are called to share the gospel and disciple.

Paula also has a passion for supporting the prison ministry within Abiding Fathers, as a survivor of a violent crime and there is a man serving 30+ years. She shared Jesus with that man. She has forgiven him and prays that he has come to know Christ behind bars. Jesus changes hearts, heals the wounded, and erases our shame and guilt. Paula wants incarcerated men and women to know the Freedom that they can experience in Christ.

Paula and Chris support East West Ministries, Pocket Testament League, Compassion International, and are active in our local church community.
