Padre de Corazón, the Hispanic ministry of Abiding Fathers, has been invited by Liceo Cristiano de Guayaquil-Ecuador, a large Christian school in Ecuador, to equip Liceo’s fathers and staff with the ministry’s teachings.
Established in 1987, Liceo Cristiano de Guayaquil currently has 3,825 students. Since its foundation, 120,409 students have passed through its classrooms.
Dr. Eduardo Arauz Vergara, the school’s principal, states that they “always try to ensure that each action promotes strengthening family bonds between parents and children. Since family is the cornerstone of society, it is of utmost importance that it be nurtured and built based on the fear of God and love of neighbor. The teachings of Padre de Corazón’s ministry stand as an exceptional contribution to fulfill this objective, considering that the sowing of principles and values always begins at home.”
Liceo Cristiano invested in acquiring 3,000 books of Herramientas de Papá (Dad’s Tools) from Padre de Corazón. Dr. Arauz expressed the following about the book: “It is an exceptional didactic material to share in our school for parents. This extracurricular program has shown extraordinary results in strengthening the family structure and unit.“
Dr. Arauz concluded by saying, “The father in the family must assume his role in discipleship, inspiration and guidance in the path of goodness as well as in the formation and spiritual growth of his children through his testimony of a life of integrity.“
This remarkable achievement is thanks to the work and unwavering dedication of Pastor Juan Bonilla, national director of Padre de Corazón Ecuador.
