This is exactly what the Be The Dad Movement is all about. It’s not about us, at Be The Dad Movement, creating a movement. It’s about equipping and encouraging those who are wanting to be men of honor and men of leadership. It’s about you and those we serve together. You have value. If your dad is not in your life, it has an impact. But, you need to ask yourselves, ‘Are you ready to be men, or do you just want to be adult males? There’s a difference. How are you going to be men of honor, men of value, men of substance, men of integrity, men who have responsibilities, men of leadership?’

During his time at the middle and high schools he noticed that the vast majority of the students live in homes where their fathers aren’t present.
