Sebastian Sheetz is the founder and owner of Sheetz Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate firm in Dallas, TX focusing on office tenant representation and land sales.  In 2015, Sebastian joined Ryan & Bell after 12 years of consulting and sales experience in the areas of commercial furniture and commercial interiors build-out.  Prior to joining Ryan & Bell, Sheetz was the founder of a renewable chemical development and a healthcare staffing firm.

Sebastian serves on the board of Abiding Fathers.  Mr. Sheetz has been a Mentor and Little League coach with Mercy Street and is an active member at Bent Tree Bible Fellowship.  Mr. Sheetz holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas as well as a bachelors in biology from Texas A&M University.
