Since 2014, Bosco RUHINDA has served as an agent for Godly transformation in the marketplace through mission organizations like Youth with a Mission (YWAM) where he served as a missionary to unreached peoples in southern Sudan. He also actively served the Lord many years through Youth for Christ (YFC).

Currently Bosco is the Founder and CEO of Trinitas Group Ltd. and its non-profit arm, Trinitas Community Development. He is a visionary leader whose focus is building strong teams who are driven by results and achievements.

Mr. RUHINDA’s passion is to train, equip, and mentor Marketplace and Nextgen leaders to live out their God-given potential, serving in their “mountains” of spiritual influence as agents of change. Through Trinitas he is also involved in national and international leadership coordination.

In 2019, Mr. RUHINDA joined, and now leads, the fathering discipleship program, Abiding Fathers Inc., Africa. Under his direction, God’s call to men to actively abide with their families has spread throughout the continent. His work involves the personal mentoring of fathers and training them to train other men to share the same vision. Bosco oversees the development of new translations as Abiding Fathers reaches new language groups. He also connects with church denominations and national leaders to adopt this mentoring process.

Mr. RUHINDA holds a degree in Computer Engineering, from Kigali Independent University, a Dipoloma in Education (Psychology major) from University of Rwanda and various other certificates in doing business as a mission (BAM).

Mr. RUHINDA is married to Musasa Rachel and has three children: Ruhinda Conrad, Ruhinda Coen, and Ruhinda Haddassah Tessy.
