Thirty Life Lessons Seen Through His Creation

So many people go through the years of their life battling problems and maintaining life, never stopping to ‘smell the roses’ as they say. Head down, shoulder to the task, striving to succeed or just to hold on. There is so much to be enjoyed, all free for the taking. It’s called God’s creation. As an amateur poet all his life, it has been his joy to express many things through the poetry. But recently, Bill sensed a leading by God to start reflecting on everything that he encountered in a new and fresh way. This has led to the Life Speaks To Us series as presented in this book, for his enjoyment and others.

A favorite Psalm seemed to be the catalyst for the expressions about life. The spiritual messages and insights God sends through His creation are a result of His hand being on all He created. All of creation simply worships the Creator. It is speaking to us. We need to stop, listen and ponder about what is being said. Psalm 19 in the New Living Translation begins:

‘The heavens proclaim the glory of God.
The skies display His craftsmanship.
Day after day they continue to speak;
Night after night they make Him know.
They speak without a sound or word;
Their voice is never heard.
Yet their message has gone out throughout the earth,
And their words to all the world.’
