Instagram…and I are not companions. But Joanne shares several things from her account, mostly when something is posted by our family. Most come from our five grandchildren. While I love them all, occasionally there is one that really sparks my interest and blesses my heart. Right, that happened today.
As with your children and grandchildren, they are all at home due to the virus. Sarah is finishing her graduate work at Kanakuk Institute online. All online homework and no exercise is not a good plan. Taking a break with a jog or walk is great medicine, physically and mentally. And as is the case with Sarah Peyton’s walk, it can be equally spiritual. God doesn’t waste any opportunities to show his glory in ways we least anticipate.
